Jmr Cleaning Ltd Managing Director Mark Roberts joined the Royal Air Force in 1985 and served until 1997, including service connected with the conflict in the former Yugoslavia, for which he was awarded a NATO Medal.
It's difficult to spend that length of time in an organisation without taking some of the experience with you.
Reliability, organisation, looking after colleagues, taking responsibility, attention to detail and simply getting on with the job are all principles that have influenced the way Jmr Cleaning Ltd operates today.
They're certainly not qualities exclusive to people who have served in the Armed Forces.
They're simply qualities we value.

We don't run a cleaning company like a military unit, and we don't think our customers would particularly want us to!

Jmr Cleaning Ltd is proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
We signed the Covenant because, although our day-to-day business has nothing to do with the military, we wanted to maintain that connection and show our support for the Armed Forces community in whatever small way we could.
Jmr Cleaning Ltd has also received the Bronze Award under the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
We're proud of that recognition, but for us, supporting the Armed Forces community isn't simply about displaying an award.
It's about maintaining a genuine connection.
